10. Adjournment p.m. <br />Council Member Howard requested adjournment in memory of Jose "Joe" Flores <br />who passed away on June 27 at the age of 106. Mr. Flores was a 50 -year resident of <br />Redwood City and marched with the veterans in many Fourth of July parades. In <br />1998, Council Members Hartnett and Howard attended the celebration of Mr. Flores' <br />100 birthday. <br />M/S Pierce /Foust to adjourn into Closed Session and then until the next regular City <br />Council meeting of July 26, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. The motion passed by a unanimous <br />voice vote by those present. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Patricia S.
