Mr. Freedman stated that FTB would be considering the proposed pavilion <br />versus a somewhat lighter weight version and looking at the idea of the second <br />row of palms versus the second row of Bradford pears. He stated that the next <br />step would be to bring back the refinement options to the City Council. <br />M/S Bain /Foust to adjourn the Redevelopment Agency meeting. The motion passed by <br />a unanimous voice vote. <br />9. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub - section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California <br />Cities Priority Focus Bulletin No. 25 -2004 and 26 -2004.
