The Consultant shall coordinate with the City for location of survey station 1 +00. <br /> Survey stationing 1 +00 shall start at centerline of street intersection or centerline <br /> of manholes unless otherwise noted . Please see attached location map with <br /> notations of recommended starting point of station , if applicable. <br /> 7. The Consultant shall use the Redwood City Datum in preparing the topographic <br /> survey. The City will provide the location of the nearest benchmark if required. <br /> Benchmark information used shall be noted on the topographic survey. North <br /> American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88) shall be used . <br /> 8. The Consultant shall request the As-Built/Record Drawings from utility <br /> companies (e.g . Comcast, PG&E, AT&T, Pacific Bell, SBSA, MCI , SFPUC, <br /> Calwater, RCN , SVCW, etc. ) and include all pertinent information into the base <br /> map. The City will assist the Consultant in obtaining the As-Built/Record <br /> Drawings, if utility companies are being non-responsive or difficult. <br /> 9. The Consultant shall perform Boundary Survey for the City by researching record <br /> maps on file with the County of San Mateo, City right-of-way and title records, <br /> and applicable deeds under the supervision of a Licensed Land Surveyor. The <br /> Consultant shall locate all controlling monumentation shown and reference in <br /> public records. The Consultant shall also tie the controlling monumentation to the <br /> project boundaries. <br /> 10. The Consultant shall attend (2) meetings with City Staff; Project Kick-off and <br /> 100% Final Deliverable. <br /> 11 . The City will provide block book drawings to be used as reference in conjunction <br /> with the surveyed features stated above to determine alignment of underground <br /> utilities. <br /> DELIVERABLES : <br /> AutoCad electronic files. Consultant to deliver each segment, or group of segments, <br /> immediately upon completion of that segment or group. <br /> SCHEDULE : <br /> The project schedule will be up to 240 calendar days to finish all indicated segments of <br /> work upon notice to proceed.
