Notices may be given by any attorney or agent of a party. 11.9 Governing Law. This Lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. 11.10 Parking. Tenant may use the parking facilities on the west. facing side of the Building for his þusiness on a nonexclusive basis. 11.11 Reasonableness. Whenever the Lease grants Landlord or Tenant the right to take action, exercise discretion, establish rules and regulations, or to make allocations or other determinations, Landlord and Tenant shall act in good faith and deal fairly with each 'other. If either Landlord or Tenant withholds consent or approval, such Party shall, upon request, deliver to the other Party a written statement specifying in detail the reason or reasons why such consent or approval was refused. 11.12 Recording. Recording of this Lease is prohibited except as allowed in this Section. At the request of either Party, the Parties shall promptly execute and record, at the cost of the requesting Party, a short form memorandum describing the Premises and stating Lease's Term, its Commencement Date and Expiration Date, and other information the Parties agree to include. 11.13 Survival of Remedies. The Parties' remedies shall survive the termination of this Lease when the termination is caused by the Default of the other Party. 11.14 Real Estate Commission.
