Notices may be given by any attorney or agent <br /> of a party. <br /> 11.9 Governing Law. <br /> This Lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. <br /> 11.10 Parking. <br /> Tenant may use the parking facilities on the west. facing side of the Building <br /> for his þusiness on a nonexclusive basis. <br /> 11.11 Reasonableness. <br /> Whenever the Lease grants Landlord or Tenant the right to take action, <br /> exercise discretion, establish rules and regulations, or to make allocations or other <br /> determinations, Landlord and Tenant shall act in good faith and deal fairly with each 'other. <br /> If either Landlord or Tenant withholds consent or approval, such Party shall, upon request, <br /> deliver to the other Party a written statement specifying in detail the reason or reasons why <br /> such consent or approval was refused. <br /> 11.12 Recording. <br /> Recording of this Lease is prohibited except as allowed in this Section.
