RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION to recommend to the <br /> City Council the adoption of a resolution regarding Mills Act agreements . <br /> Mr . Patterson said that tonight ' s proposal is to formalize recommendation <br /> made at a joint study session held with the City Council on April 3 , 1990 . <br /> Mr . Ken Rolandelli , Chairman of the Historic Resources Advisory Committee <br /> said that the entire community would benefit from these agreements , the <br /> City by having valuable historic resources kept and maintained and the <br /> property owner by by gaining tax benefits as the custodian of such <br /> valuable assets . <br /> M_ /S : Nobles/ Ladd : That the Planning Commission recommend to the City <br /> Council the adoption , by resolution , of Mills Act Agreements . <br /> Carried by unanimous voice vote . <br /> MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING JUNE 5 , 1990 <br />
