San Mareo County Courthouse South Annex Pre-Demolition Recordation <br /> July 20,2004 Phase Two - Proposed Scope of Services. 2 <br /> authorization, This fee includes all direct expenses, including those for reproduction of drawings and <br /> copying written documents onto archival paper. <br /> Schedule <br /> Carey & Co. will submit the documentation for the city's review within 20 business days of receipt of all <br /> drawings to be reproduced. If the reproduction cannot be accomplished in this time due to the work <br /> load of the selected vendor, we will so inform the city. <br /> Supplemental Services and Exclusions <br /> 1. All supplemental services will require prior written authorization from the client. <br /> 2. All work will be performed by Carey & Co. If additional consultants are required, this will be a <br /> supplemental service. No consultants will be placed under contract without prior written approval <br /> from the client. <br /> 3. This proposal and the terms contained herein are good for a six month period from the date of the <br /> proposal. If an agreement for professional services has not been concluded prior to the end of the six <br /> month period, Carey & Co. reserves the right to prepare a revised scope of services and estimated <br /> project cost. <br /> 4. Per section 5536.22 of the 2000 Architects Practice Act, Carey & Co. will not commence work prior <br /> to the execution of a written contract. <br /> 5.
