Bid Support <br /> <br /> The following services will be provided during the bidding process. <br /> <br /> 1. Attending a prebid conference. <br /> <br /> 2. Assisting/providing a list of prospective bidders and issuing addenda where necessary. <br /> <br /> 3. Making necessary revisions to the plans and construction documents due to changes made by <br /> addenda during the bidding phase. <br /> <br /> 4. Reviewing bid summaries. <br /> <br /> Phase C. Construction Phase <br /> <br /> The following services will be provided during the construction phase: <br /> <br /> 1. Attend a preconstmction conference conducted by the City. <br /> <br /> 2. Review shop drawings and submittals. <br /> <br /> 3. Attend a site visit when requested during the construction phase. <br /> <br /> 4. Review submittals and change orders. <br /> <br /> 5. Produce as-built drawings from electronic files (on 4-mil mylar) based on information <br /> provided by the Contractor.
