PUMP STATIONS #1 AND #33 CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES February 19, 2002 <br /> <br />running time measurements from the City's historical records will allow an estimate of the <br />performance of the existing pump. <br /> <br />Six (6) sets of preliminary plans will be presented to the City for 35% review submittal. One <br />meeting is scheduled with the City staff after review of the 35% submittal. <br /> <br />Task 2. Sixty-Five Percent (65%) Submittal <br /> <br />Prepare for review by City, sixty-five percent (65%) complete construction documents consisting <br />of drawings showing all plan views, profiles, cross-sections, general notes, detailing of major <br />components, construction notes, utility connection points, outline specification and other <br />documents, including, but not limited to, details, catalog cuts and product literature for all <br />products, and engineering calculations. <br /> <br />Six (6) sets of sixty-five percent (65) plans, outline specifications, and Engineer's Estimate will <br />be presented to the City for 65% review submittal. A marked set will be returned along with the <br />City staff's comments and/or request for clarifications to Nolte for revision. One meeting is <br />scheduled with the City staff after review of the 65% submittal. <br /> <br />Task 3. One-Hundred Percent (100%) Submittal <br /> <br />Revise material, as necessary, to incorporate review comments received at the sixty-five percent <br />(65%) submittal. Prepare for review by the City one-hundred percent (100%) complete <br />construction documents consisting of drawings showing demolition, site plan view, general and <br />construction notes, connection details, electrical details, structural details, technical <br />specifications, and estimate of construction costs. The design calculations and analysis should <br />include all final engineering calculations, any miscellaneous technical data, maintenance <br />considerations and catalog cuts for any special equipment. The one-hundred percent (100%) <br />complete construction documents shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City for <br />review and approval. A marked set will be returned along with staff s comments and/or request <br />for clarifications for revision. <br /> <br /> One meeting is scheduled with the City staff after review of the 100% submittal. <br /> <br /> Nolte will furnish one (1) set of plans on 4-nfil polyester media and six (6) copies of original <br /> construction documents of the one-hundred percent (100%) completion or revisions. Both sets <br /> of documents will bear the responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license <br /> expiration date.
