8. Density Bonus Policy'Statement (203 -01) Report: Community Development Director, 9/19/90 Housing Director Church presented the staff report. In response to Council questions, Director Church advised it was difficult to be very specific in the policy as each development is unique and involved a negotiation process, and that the wording in the policy statement was identical to the state law. CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of the Council to request further information from staff and to bring this issue back to Council at a future date.
