PUBLIC HEARING - to consider amending Section 2.51 Height of Buildings <br />(Definitions), and Article 32 Special Provisions (203 -02)• Affidavits of <br />Publication and Mailing are on file in the City Clerk Department. <br />Report: Planning Commission, 10/1/90 <br />Planning Director Patterson presented the staff report. <br />Mayor La Berge declared the Public Hearing open at 7:50 p.m. and invited <br />anyone who wished to speak to please do so. <br />No one wished to speak. <br />M /S: Bury /Murray to close the Public Hearing. <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote and the Hearing was closed at 7:51 p.m. <br />Title read.
