Carried by unanimous voice vote. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - - - - -- MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST 1. Mayor La Berge reported on the Business Improvement District committee meeting of October 3, 1990 (301 -06) Mayor La Berge described the progress of the committee, its members including Councilwoman Buchan, the next meeting on October 17th, and in response to Council suggestions, Mayor La Berge assured everyone that the committee will not overlook the expertise of the downtown business community that Councilmen Bury and Stangel can offer. Mayor La Berge thanked Community Development Director Pawloski, Redevelopment Agency and Housing Director Church and Communications Officer Johnson for their extremely informative presentation to the committee. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- 2a.
