f) Delete reference to "curfew" in Section 10.6 (a) (3) to read: <br />"Section 10.6. ... <br />(a) . <br />(3) ... to avoid damage or injuries to persons, property, or the <br />public peace." <br />g) Add reference to "curfew" to Section 10.12. General Provisions by <br />adding new subsection (f). <br />h) Delete words "Recommend to the City Council, or, in the absence of a <br />Council quorum," to Section 10.6 (a) (5) to read: <br />"Section 10.6. ... <br />(a) . <br />(5) To make under emergency life- threatening or potentially <br />life- threatening situations in the interest of public <br />safety..." <br />i) To reserve to the Mayor or Council the right to make decisions on <br />protection of life and property, delete section 10.6 (b) (4) (a) which <br />empowers the Director to make these decisions. <br />j) To reserve to the Mayor or Council the right to make decisions regarding <br />citizens participation, delete the words "to command the aid of as many <br />citizens of this community as he deems necessary in the execution of his <br />duties" to "Section 10.6 (b) (4) (c)" to read: <br />"Section 10.6. ... <br />(b) .. <br />(4) ... <br />(c) Require emergency services of any city officer or <br />employee and such persons shall be entitled..." <br />b.
