Georgellen Smith, 660 Fox Court, Redwood City expressed concern for the <br />clients living at the Upton and Jefferson Care Homes; conditions were <br />unacceptable, but closing the Homes would leave the residents on the <br />streets. Assistant City Manager Jean and City Attorney Schricker described <br />legal actions being taken and Council Members thanked Mrs. Smith for <br />bringing this situation to their attention. (101 -05) <br />c.
