21b. Councilman Murray asked for rules of conservation to be distributed to all <br />water users and advised residents of Redwood Shores have not received enough <br />information regarding conservation. City Manager Smith advised staff is <br />preparing full report on water usage which will be presented to Council at <br />the regular meeting of November 19th <br />MEMO 11/6/90 <br />21c.
