Presentation of Proclamation to William Nance Carter in recognition of his <br />outstanding community service <br />Mayor La Berge presented the proclamation to Mr. Carter who thanked the <br />Council for their recognition of his efforts. <br />14. AIDS Walk- a -Thon presentation <br />Special Projects Coordinator Denise Daly presented a Certificate of Merit <br />from the San Francisco AIDS Foundation to the City Council for their support <br />of the "AIDS Walk San Francisco ".
