REPORT: City Manager, 11/14/90 <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor La Berge determined it to be the consensus of the Council <br />to accept the report and refer the TRIPS requests to SamTrans; and direct <br />Mayor to work with the Council of Mayors on paratransit matters. <br />MEMO 11/20/90 <br />19b. Mayor La Berge announced that congratulations were in order to Councilman <br />Claire as last week his only daughter was wed, he celebrated his 50th <br />birthday, and tonight is his 30th wedding anniversary. Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Agreement) - 439 Stambaugh St. <br />REPORT: Planning Commission, 11/19/90 <br />Planning Director Patterson, presented the staff report, thanked Council for <br />their support of this special designation and acknowledged the efforts of <br />Senior Planner Charles Jany and Historic Resources Advisory Committee <br />Chairman Ken Rolandelli. <br />Title read. M /S: Bury /Murray <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11448 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND JAMES RICE FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY <br />PRESERVATION <br />Adopted by unanimous roll call vote. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />21. Child Care Policy <br />REPORT: Parks, Recreation and Community Services, 11/7/90 <br />Corinne Centeno, Community Center Coordinator, presented the staff report <br />describing evolution of the policy and public input. In response to Council <br />questions Mrs. Centeno advised the half -time consultant was on a contract <br />with the City and zoning ordinances would need to be changed to conform to <br />"community care licensing law ".
