Phillip Dixon, Architect, 755 Bermuda Drive, San Mateo described planned <br />addition. <br />Anthony Apton, 3316 Page Street, Redwood City described serious parking <br />problems in the area; the area was overbuilt already; this addition will <br />block the skyline; and the proposed addition is nonconforming. <br />James Rice, 439 Stambaugh, Redwood City advised that construction costs <br />generally are $80 -$85 /square foot or more for additions. <br />Mayor La Berge asked if anyone else wished to speak.
