The motion was called and carried by the following roll call vote and public <br />hearing closed at 9:14 p.m.: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Buchan, Bury, Greenalch, Murray, Stangel and <br />Mayor La Berge <br />NOES: Councilman Claire <br />M /S: Bury / Stangel to direct staff to investigate the corporate status of <br />Christian Door and to investigate the parking situation in the area and to <br />report back to Council on December 10, 1990. <br />Speaking to the motion City Attorney Schricker advised the investigation <br />will only research the corporate status of the Christian Door to see if it <br />qualifies as a public or quasi - public use under the "CN" designation; <br />advised that although the public hearing was closed, Mr. Moreno who has a <br />property rights interest could be invited to speak on December 10, 1990 if <br />the Council wishes; and no further notification of the continued meeting <br />will be given. <br />Carried by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Buchan, Bury, Claire, Murray, Stangel and <br />Mayor La Berge <br />NOES: Councilman Greenalch <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 90 -178 <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />17.
