Coaches work no more than 25 hours per week (approx. 5 <br /> hours/day).Head coaches work no more than 27 hours per week(approx. 5.5 hours/day). <br /> VII.Budget and Distribution of Funding <br /> Grant Purpose:SHD has agreed to provide grant funds to CITY which will use such funds to hire qualified <br /> staff listed above, provide program training to staff, and cover costs of equipment and miscellaneous <br /> supplies related to the education, instruction, and promotion of the PE+program. CITY shall hire sufficient <br /> coaches (up to 12) to provide the PE Plus program to four schools with staffing in accordance with CITY's <br /> proposal. <br /> Distribution of Funding: Sequoia Healthcare District will distribute the SHD funding contribution towards <br /> PE+ in the following payment plan:the first payment will consist of the first half of the SHD contribution and <br /> the second payment will consist of the second half of SHD contribution at the mid-year point, upon <br /> adequate program progress.
