Final EIR and MMRP <br /> PlaceWorks will prepare an Administrative Final EIR, which will include responses to <br /> comments received on the Draft EIR, revisions to the Draft EIR as necessary, and a <br /> Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP). PlaceWorks will submit the <br /> Administrative Draft Final EIR and MMRP electronically to City staff for review and <br /> comment. This scope of work includes 50 hours for PlaceWorks staff to address <br /> comments on the Draft EIR. <br /> Following receipt of comments on the Administrative Draft Final EIR and MMRP, <br /> PlaceWorks will prepare a Screencheck Final EIR and MMRP for City review prior to <br /> preparing a Final EIR for publication. PlaceWorks will submit up to 15 copies of the Final <br /> EIR and MMRP,with technical appendices on CD,as well as an electronic copy for further <br /> reproduction by the City. <br /> Graphics: The Final EIR will include any figures requiring revision based on public <br /> comments received on the Draft EIR. <br /> Task H. Certification Hearings <br /> Steve Noack of PlaceWorks will attend up to two certification hearings on the Final EIR, <br /> one each before the Planning Commission and City Council. PlaceWorks will be available <br /> to answer questions regarding the environmental documents and explain the proposed <br /> findings to decision-makers. <br /> SCHEDULE, PRODUCTS, AND MEETINGS <br /> Schedule <br /> PlaceWorks proposed schedule for completion of the Broadway Plaza Mixed-Use Project <br /> EIR is shown in Figure 1.As shown in the schedule,we anticipate that the project can be <br /> completed within 10 months.We believe this schedule is in keeping with your needs,but <br /> we are happy to revise this schedule if necessary. <br /> PlaceWorks has a strong track record in meeting project schedules and coordinating <br /> closely with its clients. Over years of managing projects similar to the Broadway Plaza <br /> Mixed-Use Project EIR,we have developed a variety of tools to keep projects on schedule <br /> and ensure that staff are well informed at all times: <br /> • We maintain an up-to-date schedule throughout the project,to ensure that all team <br /> members are aware of upcoming meetings and product due dates. <br /> • We stay in close, regular contact with City staff and document important decisions <br /> about the project in writing,which ensures that decisions are understood by all team <br /> members. <br /> • We schedule project due dates with adequate time for editing and formatting into <br /> finished reports. <br /> PLACE WORKS 8 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2016.251/Placeworks AUGUST 31,2016 <br />
