Citywide Transportation Plan: Scope of Work 8.B. - Page 26 <br /> October 2016 <br /> Page 21 of 21 <br /> TASK H: DRAFT AND FINAL CITYWIDE TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br /> Task H.1: Administrative Draft Citywide Transportation Plan <br /> This task will include the development of the draft and final versions of the Citywide Transportation <br /> Plan.After completion of the above Tasks, an administrative draft Citywide Transportation Plan will <br /> be prepared. The Admin Draft Plan will be comprised of chapters on the following elements: <br /> • Transportation Goals and Policies <br /> • Performance Measures <br /> • Recommended Transportation Improvements <br /> • Transportation Technology and Innovation <br /> • Phasing, Implementation, and Funding Strategy (optional) <br /> • Active Transportation Plan (optional separate document) <br /> • Citywide Transit Plan (optional separate document) <br /> • TDM Strategy(appendix to Citywide Transportation Plan) <br /> Task H.2: Draft and Final Citywide Transportation Plan <br /> Based on comments received by City staff, Fehr&Peers will develop a draft Citywide Transportation <br /> Plan in advance of public circulation and submission of the document to the Planning Commission <br /> and City Council. We will develop an Executive Summary version of the draft Plan as well as a <br /> PowerPoint presentation suitable for use by the City in presenting the plan to the Planning <br /> Commission and City Council. <br /> Fehr & Peers will revise the Draft Plan into a Final Plan based on one consolidated set of review <br /> comments received. We will provide the City with up to 10 hard copies of the completed plan, as <br /> well as up to 200 copies of the Executive Summary. <br /> Deliverable:Admin Draft,Draft and Final Citywide Transportation Plan&Executive Summary <br /> (source files, PDF and hardcopies as outlined above). <br /> Task H.3: Active Transportation Plan and Citywide Transit Plan (Optional) <br /> Optionally, individual modal circulation elements for active transportation and transit can be <br /> developed as separate documents so that future updates can be accomplished without requiring <br /> revisions to the overall Transportation Plan.Transit strategies included in the transit plan will discuss <br /> integration with regional transit programs and may also encompass technology-based first and last <br /> mile programs to support seamless transit integration within the city. <br />
