Contractor shall have adequate office and personnel resources for responding to the Distri 8.1.D. - Page 12 <br /> including telephone coverage weekdays during the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Lontractor <br /> shall have 24-hour, 7-day emergency service. If contractor cannot meet this requirement, indicate <br /> alternative plan to provide equivalent level of service. <br /> Contractor's equipment shall be compatible with the District's facilities. <br /> At the discretion of the District, if Contractor is unable or unwilling to meet the bid requirements,the <br /> bid will then default to the next lowest responsible bidder. Contractor will be given thirty (30) days <br /> written notification. <br /> MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT <br /> Delivery sites may be changed, deleted or added as deemed necessary by the District's Purchasing <br /> Department. The District Purchasing Department will inform the contractor of the changes by <br /> telephone call followed up with a written notice. <br /> Any contract resulting from this bid may be modified in whole or in part upon mutual agreement of <br /> both parties.
