This amount will be subsequently <br /> recovered from the operating budget of the user department through vehicle <br /> replacement charges in future years. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> This action is not a "project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act (CEQA) because the purchase of four Ford F-350XL Trucks will not cause a direct <br />
