Project Initiation <br /> 1 . Kick-Off Meeting and Project Site Tour <br /> Steve Noack and Kyle Simpson of PlaceWorks will attend a kick-off meeting with City staff <br /> to discuss expectations and concerns and to review key issues, information needs, work <br /> products, potential alternatives to evaluate in the EIR, and the delivery schedule. <br /> Prior to the kick-off meeting, PlaceWorks will submit a data request to Hexagon <br /> Transportation Consultants to ensure that the traffic modeling conducted for the project <br /> includes the outputs needed for the analysis of air quality, greenhouse gas (GHG) <br /> emissions, and noise impacts. <br /> At the kick-off meeting we will also discuss opportunities to streamline the CEQA analysis. <br /> The project may be eligible as an infill project for a streamlined review consistent with <br /> CEQA Guidelines Section 15183.3.
