The City <br />plans to conditionally vacate the right-of-way so that the vacation is only completed <br />upon the sale by the State of California, and the recordation of the final map merging <br />the properties. The easement proposed for vacation is more particularly described in a <br />legal description and plat map attached to this report as exhibits to the proposed <br />resolution.
