Please see that the right-hand turn lane at McGarvey <br />and Farm Hill is a dotted line for folks turning right onto Mcgarvie. Everybody <br />goes over that solid line so you might as well make it a dotted lines of traffic so <br />the traffic doesn't get super backed up going down Farm Hill. <br />I am still asking if you can have the police department out on Farm Hill to catch <br />the speeders and drivers who violate the rights of pedestrians trying to walk, cross <br />streets, etc. <br />Thank you <br />Linda Hayes <br />8.A. - Page 59
