<br /> SOUTH BA YSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY <br /> 1400 Radio Road <br /> Redwood City, CA 94065 <br /> Attention: Manager <br />27. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ENFORCEMENT. Any controversy arising <br />out of the terms, conditions, or interpretation of this Lease shall be resolved in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 9.7 of the Agreement. In addition, if <br />either party believes the other party has failed to fulfill any of its obligations under <br />this Lease and the parties are unable to resolve such dispute through the <br />mechanisms provided in Section 9.7 of the Agreement, then such party may <br />pursue any remedy which may be available to it in law or equity, through a civil <br />action commenced in Superior Court of the State of California, including but not <br />limited to a judicial order terminating this Lease. <br />28. CONSENT OF LESSOR. Wherever the consent of Lessor is required <br />hereunder, Lessor agrees that the same shall not be unreasonably withheld, <br />conditioned, or delayed. <br />29. PARAGRAPH AND SUBPARAGRAPH HEADINGS. Paragraph and <br />subparagraph headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be - <br />deemed to alter or modify the contents of the paragraph or subparagraph which <br />they head. <br /> 14 1108669.4 <br />
