<br /> · . <br />hereunder, and all rights, privileges, and benefits arising under this Lease and in <br />favor of either party shall be available in favor of the successors and assigns <br />thereof, respectively; provided no assignment, sublease, or other transfer of <br />interest by or through Lessee in violation of the provisions of this Lease shall vest <br />any rights in any such assignee or successor. <br />24. CERTAIN EXPENSES. Lessee shall pay for all costs incident to the <br />preparation of any legal document, description, and/or plat of the Leased <br />Premises. The foregoing costs or expenses shall be paid by Lessee within ten <br />(10) days after demand therefor by the Lessor's Manager. <br />25. INTEREST ON PAST-DUE OBLIGATION. Except as expressly herein <br />provided, any amount due to Lessor and/or Lessee shall bear interest at the <br />maximum rate then allowed by law from the date that is ten (10) days following <br />receipt of a written notice that the payment is due, provided that such payment is <br />in fact due. <br />26. NOTICES. Any notice required to be given hereunder or any notice <br />required to be given by law shall be in writing and may be given by personal <br />delivery or by mail, postage prepaid, and addressed in the case of Lessee at the - <br />following: <br /> Address of Lessee: <br /> City of Redwood City <br /> 1017 Middlefield Road <br /> P.O.
