Council <br />advised day care remains a top priority, each development agreement is unique <br />and developers will be held to approved plans. <br /> <br />Charles Wilson, 22 Arch Street, Redwood City, described the cost of utility <br />bills for his apartment house in Redwood City has double those for his apartment <br />house in Burlingame.
