<br />STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Police Officers Association Bilingual Program (702-02) <br />Report: Director of Human Resources, 1/21/91 <br /> <br />Human Resources Director Irizarry presented the staff report and in response <br />to Council questions advised that according to the current agreement, after <br />certification and/or successfully passing a sufficiency test, a maximum of <br />15 officers would be eligible for the 2.5% bilingual pay differential. <br /> <br />Brian Weiss, Redwood City Police Detective, Vice President of the Police <br />Officers Association spoke in support of the proposed bilingual program. <br /> <br />Title read.
