Establishment of an Architectural Advisory Committee (302-17) <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Planning Commission, 3/5/91 <br /> <br />Planning Director Patterson presented the staff report and in response to <br />Council questions advised that although every new project is eligible for <br />review, every new project will not be automatically referred to the <br />committee; projects with architectural problems or unusual or controversial <br />aspects to be considered will be referred to the committee for its <br />recommendations.
