Development Act of 1974, copies of which as well as the Consolidated Plan are on file <br /> in the office of the Community Development Services Department of the City of <br /> Redwood City, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has <br /> <br />followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file the Application <br /> and all documents, including all understandings and assurances necessary or <br /> appropriate in connection therewith, and to provide such additional information as may <br /> be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
