<br />CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of <br />the Council to direct staff to look into buying another water truck in lieu <br />of continued costly rental. <br /> <br />MEMO 4/9/91 <br /> <br />MIS: ClairelGreenalch to adopt a policy, recommended by staff, supporting <br />sufficient water allocation to maintain only the common areas of Redwood <br />City Parks for recreational use, excluding Dolphin and Sandpiper Parks which <br />will receive full water allocations. <br /> <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-063 <br /> <br />MIS: Greenalch/Buchan to direct that the water allocation plan approved on <br />November 21, 1991 through Minute Order No. 90-181 be implemented as soon as <br />possible and no later than May 15, 1991. <br /> <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-064 <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST - continued <br /> <br />j. Councilman Greenalch advised the Water Committee had completed a packet of <br />information that would be distributed to the Council tomorrow, April 9th, <br />for review before the Public Hearing on April 15, 1991. After the Hearing <br />and Council discussion the Committee will have recommendations concerning <br />the building moratorium, banking, and residential and non-residential <br />users. On April 29th the Council will adopt an emergency water allocation <br />ordinance effective upon adoption. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: It was determined by the Mayor to be the consensus of the Water <br />Committee members and Council Members to name Councilman Greenalch as <br />Chairman of the Water Committee. <br /> <br />MEMO 4/9/91 <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />9.
