Councilman Greenalch advised the Water Committee had completed a packet of <br />information that would be distributed to the Council tomorrow, April 9th, <br />for review before the Public Hearing on April 15, 1991. After the Hearing <br />and Council discussion the Committee will have recommendations concerning <br />the building moratorium, banking, and residential and non-residential <br />users.
