<br />Richard Silver, Clerk of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, 824 <br />Winslow, Redwood City, suggested emphasis should be on conservation with <br />very stringent limits set by Council <br /> <br />Martha Aragon, Manager of 400 Oracle Parkway, urged Council to continue <br />efforts to acquire reclaimed water <br /> <br />Don De Fever, 10950 No. Blaney, Cupertino, landscape contractor, suggested <br />Council employ a water auditor <br /> <br />Patricia Dixon, 16 Admiralty Place, discussed permanent conservation <br /> <br />Robert Gilmore, Building Trades Council, described population growth in San <br />Mateo County, impacts on builders and economy, and water conservation <br /> <br />Lynn Lazzarotti, 238 Iris Street, asked Council not to be too stringent on <br />water rationing and make people leave Redwood City <br /> <br />George McKibbon, 160 F Street, suggested "banking" should remain at unit per <br />unit basis, Redwood City should employ California Water Service tier <br />program, and old wells should be utilized <br /> <br />Helen Meyer, 2777 Bristol Way, spoke in favor of the current rationing plan <br /> <br />Kent Mitchell, 8 Cadiz Circle, Manager of Hotel Sofitel, asked Council for <br />enough water for limited landscaping necessary to maintain quality <br />of the hotel, and described water saving products and systems the Hotel <br />is utilizing <br /> <br />Ray O'Dell, 992 Stonyhill road, asked Council not to be too stringent and <br />not dictate uses of allotted water <br /> <br />C. A.
