FISCAL IMPACT <br />The fee for professional services is $50,000. The City Council approved the allocation of <br />Park Impact Fees paid by developers in the Fiscal Year 2016-17 budget process. The <br />funds for this project are allocated in 358-73957. <br /> <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This action is not a “project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act because the activity involves entering a consulting agreement related to a <br />prospective project, but does not create a commitment to a specific project. (Public <br />Resource Code Section 21065; CEQA Guidelines Section 15378).
