Deliverable: Updated database including new projects and programs (Excel or <br /> Google doc) <br /> Task G.3: Cost Assessment <br /> Qualitative Cost Assessment <br /> Estimating relative project costs can be beneficial to understand how available funding <br /> could meet the City's transportation needs. In order to identify the largest scale <br /> transportation improvements, Consultant will provide a broad-brush assessment of <br /> projects to identify likely capital costs as low, medium or high . <br /> Deliverable: Updated database including qualitative cost assessment (Excel or <br /> Google doc) <br /> Task G.4: Prioritize Projects and Programs for Implementation <br /> The purpose of this task will be to rank projects and programs according to the <br /> performance measures developed under Task D. <br /> Ranking and Phasing of Projects <br /> Ranking of projects will be completed as part of this task. Projects will be grouped or <br /> categorized as "packages" of improvements based on discussions with City staff. Each <br /> project or package of projects will be evaluated against the performance measures <br /> identified earlier in the planning process to develop a draft set of ranked transportation <br /> projects that will be based on the infrastructure and operational goals for the <br /> transportation system . <br /> Once projects have been ranked , the Consultant team will recommend projects that will <br /> have the greatest impacts over the next one to five years (immediate action steps) and <br /> over the next 20 years (20-year action plan) in achieving the City's long-term mobility <br /> goals. Consultant will also include a recommended process for updating rankings of <br /> projects every 2-3 years. <br /> Additional tasks, including those relating to phasing , implementation and funding, would <br /> be completed subsequent to adoption of the Citywide Transportation Plan , separate <br /> from this planning effort. <br /> TASK H : DRAFT AND FINAL CITYWIDE TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br /> Task H.1 : Administrative Draft Citywide Transportation Plan <br /> This task includes the development of the draft and final versions of the Citywide <br /> Transportation Plan . After completion of the above Tasks, an administrative draft <br /> Citywide Transportation Plan will be prepared .
