EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant will perform the following scope of work for design professional services <br /> exercising the same degree of care, skill, and diligence as is ordinarily possessed and <br /> exercised by professionals providing similar services, currently practicing , under similar <br /> circumstances. However, unless otherwise expressly stated below or in Consultants <br /> work product, in performing this work, Consultant is not assessing the implications that <br /> its recommendations may have on the safety of pedestrians, drivers, or bicyclists. Such <br /> assessment falls outside the scope of this Agreement and will be performed as the <br /> City implements the Plan . <br /> The following outlines the details of the Scope of Work, which includes (A) Project <br /> Management, (B) Outreach, (C) Existing Conditions, (D) Performance Monitoring <br /> Program, (E) Transportation Engineering Standards, (F) Transportation Demand <br /> Management Strategy, (G) Projects and Programs and (H) Draft and Final Plan. <br /> TASK A: PROJECT MANAGEMENT / ADMINISTRATION / MEETINGS <br /> Consultant will coordinate with the City on a bi-weekly basis to ensure the project <br /> scope, schedule, and budget are effectively managed . Consultant will meet with the <br /> City's Project Manager in Redwood City at least monthly during critical project execution <br /> periods. Total numbers of assumed project meetings are detailed in the project budget <br /> and include meetings related to: <br /> • Project team meetings with City Staff (10 meetings) <br /> • Meetings with Policy Advisory Committee, project stakeholders or other agency <br /> staff (4 meetings) <br /> • Planning Commission/City Council meetings/hearings (2 meetings) <br /> As part of our project management, Consultant will prepare monthly progress reports <br /> summarizing tasks completed during the previous month . <br /> This task includes: <br /> • Project Management and Coordination with City Staff <br /> • Project Initiation and Scoping <br /> • Monthly Progress Reporting, Timeline & Schedule Management, and Invoicing <br /> • QA/QC of Project Deliverables <br /> • Electronic Submittal of All Deliverables (unless otherwise noted ) <br /> ATTY/AGR/2016.308/FEHR & PEERS CITYWIDE TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br /> REV: 11-03-16 VR <br /> Page 9 of 26 <br />
