RESOLUTION HONORING THE MARINE SCIENCE INSTITUTE ON ITS TWENTV-FIRST <br />ANNIVERSARV (301-04) <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Bury presented the framed resolution honoring the Marine Science <br />Institute to the President of the Institute, Robert Rutherford, who thanked <br />the Council for their support. <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />A. Joseph Steinfeld, 830 Main Street, owner of Antique Alliance at 850 Main <br />Street, asked Council to reinterview the candidates for Downtown <br />Association Coordinator.
