PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION <br /> Verde Design provides the following fixed fee schedule for the identified design services that will <br /> provide the following improvements: <br /> Phase Fee Amount <br /> TASK 1 : Project Start-up / Site Assessment: $ 1 1 ,300 <br /> Geotechnical Investigation at Marlin Park: $7, 185 <br /> TASK 2: Initial Design: $22,450 <br /> TASK 3: Pre-final Design: $ 15,450 <br /> TASK 4: Final Package: $5,600 <br /> TASK 5: Bid Support / Construction Administration: $ 18,600 <br /> FEE SUBTOTAL: $80,585 <br /> The above fee is based on the anticipated work effort that will be required to successfully <br /> complete this project, and includes all reasonable reimbursable expenses that are outlined to be <br /> included in the project scope and the provided products. Additional requested reimbursables will <br /> be entitled to bill reimbursable expenses as noted on the attached Charge Rate Schedule. <br /> Additional services will be charged on a time and material basis. <br /> Should the project be delayed beyond the agreed upon project schedule by the City to a level that <br /> puts the project on hold, a re-start fee will apply.
