14. Any facility improvements must be first reviewed and approved by the City. <br /> 15. Maintain all equipment and meet County Health standards as provided through inspection and <br /> reports. <br /> CITY'S DUTIES: <br /> 1 . Subject to the terms of this Agreement, City shall allow Consultant to use Herkner Swimming <br /> Pool to provide the Services described in this Agreement. <br /> 2. City shall inspect the Herkner Swimming Pool to meet water quality standards required for <br /> swimming. <br /> 3. City shall provide a telephone to Consultant for emergency use. <br /> 4.
