<br />:J ~ 6-32- <br />The Consultant will attend bi-monthly Program Management Meetings over the contract <br />duration. Each meeting will require one-day labor effort for preparation and attendance. <br />Task 12 - Supplemental Services <br />Supplemental Services may include, but are not limited to: <br /> · Provide additional Bid Packages and bid support to the City beyond <br /> the one bid package defined in Task 7. <br /> · Revision and resubmittal of retrofit design packages to DHS in the <br /> event that a design package is not approved during the first review, as <br /> assumed in Task 6. <br /> · Revision and resubmittal of preliminary retrofit design to incorporate <br /> significant comments as a result of the customer review in Task 4. <br /> · Other items that exceed estimated costs on a per site basis. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />Upon City's notice to proceed, Consultant shall complete design work under Tasks 1-12 <br />in 42 months. Bidding support services will be performed over a 1-month period. The <br />following schedule milestones are anticipated: <br />· Notice to Proceed (FY 04/05 scope): August24,2004 <br />· Council authorization for FY 05/06: June 2005 <br />· Group 1 Bid: September 2005 <br />· Council authorization for FY 06/07: June 2006 <br />· Council authorization for FY 07/08: June 2007 <br />· Contract Expiration: December 31, 2007 <br />Agreement over $10K 26 <br />KennedyJenks Rev-2 112603 <br />
