The purpose of the feedback <br />sessions is to provide an opportunity for input and validation of the proposed system, as <br />well as identifying obstacles and solutions. <br />Principal Tasks: <br />· Conduct orientation and feedback sessions for all Department personnel to include <br /> the following... <br /> - introduce system model <br /> - present the purpose and rationale for the system <br /> - provide participants an understanding of how the system and related tools <br /> were developed (engage in four exercises) <br /> - collect input on ways to improve the process <br /> - present the tools and collect input on validity and use <br /> - have participants complete a case study simulating a workplace problem <br /> for the purpose of testing their application of the system; administer a <br /> survey to measure the perceived usefulness of the process; consultant will <br /> also be available for follow-up <br />· Conduct select training, e.g., one-to-one coaching, at executive and command levels <br /> to support implementation and ongoing monitoring and assistance efforts. <br />· Design self-training exercise to be delivered in conjunction with the initial <br /> performance assessment. <br />· Revise Draft Guidelines for implementation. <br />· Provide facilitation training, a final review of guidelines and related processes, and <br /> simulated assessment for all personnel prior to official launch. <br /> T ..
