<br /> Timetable <br />It is anticipated that the three phases will span a period of ten to eleven months of FY <br />04-05. The preparation phase will be completed within 30 to 45 days from the start <br />date. Similarly, it is anticipated that the implementation phase will be completed within <br />the next 45 to 60 days, depending on the Department's training calendar. The <br />maintenance phase will then commence, including three assessment exercises over the <br />next 7 to 8 months.
