from City's willful misconduct, negligence or breach of this Agreement <br /> associated with the Project after the Point of Delivery. <br /> 9.5 Insurance <br /> 9.5.1 SBSA Insurance <br /> SBSA will maintain the following types and amounts of insurance <br /> coverage: <br /> A. Workers' Compensation <br /> SBSA will be a qualified self-insurer pursuant to the requirements <br /> of the California Labor Code or will maintain workers' <br /> compensation insurance coverage in statutory amounts, along with <br /> employer's liability insurance in the amount of at least One Million <br /> Dollars ($1,000,000),with the State Compensation Insurance <br /> Fund, a commercial carrier, or through a governmental risk <br /> pooling authority such as the California Sanitation Risk <br /> Management Authority(CSRMA). <br /> B. General Liability <br /> SBSA will maintain commercial general liability insurance in a <br /> minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000)per <br /> occurrence provided either by a commercial carrier or through a <br /> governmental risk pooling authority such as CSRMA. <br /> The liability policy shall contain an Additional Insured <br /> Endorsement naming City, and its City Council, officers, agents, <br /> and employees, as additional insureds. <br /> -22- 1091374.7 <br />
