9.5.2 City Insurance <br /> City shall maintain the following types and amounts of insurance <br /> coverage: <br /> A. Workers' Compensation <br /> City will be a qualified self-insurer pursuant to the California <br /> Labor Code or will maintain workers' compensation insurance in <br /> statutory amounts, along with employer's liability insurance in the <br /> amount of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000)with the State <br /> Compensation Insurance Fund, a commercial carrier, or a <br /> governmental risk pooling authority such as Bay Cities Joint <br /> Powers Insurance Authority (BCJPIA). <br /> B. General Liability <br /> City will maintain commercial general liability insurance in a <br /> minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per <br /> occurrence provided either by a commercial carrier or through a <br /> governmental risk pooling authority such as BCJPIA. <br /> The liability policy shall contain an Additional Insured <br /> Endorsement naming SBSA, and its officers, agents, and <br /> employees, as additional insureds. <br /> -23- 1091374.7 <br />
