Code § 27383. <br />AMENDED AND RESTATED STORMWATER ,1 <br />TREATMENT MEASURES MAINTENANCE d <br />AGREEMENT <br />Stanford Hospital Clinics <br />420-450 Broadway <br />THIS STORMWATER TREATMEN_MEASURES M NTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />("Agreement") is made and entered into c) Z� L; 20� ("Effective Date"), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City ("City") and Stanford Health Care, a California <br />nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Property Owner"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On November 19, 2015, the Regional Water Quality Control Board, San <br />Francisco Bay Region, adopted Order R2-2015-0049, amending the San Mateo <br />Countywide NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit (Order 99-059, CAS0029921) (the <br />"NPDES Permit"); and <br />B. Provision C.3. of the NPDES Permit, as it may be amended or reissued from <br />time to time, requires the permittee public agencies to provide minimum verification and <br />access assurances that all treatment measures shall be adequately operated and <br />maintained by entities responsible for the stormwater treatment measures; and <br />C. The Property Owner is the owner of real property commonly known as 420- <br />450 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063 (the "Property"), as more particularly described <br />in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br />D. On August 28, 2007, the Parties executed a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Maintenance Agreement (the "Former Agreement") for the maintenance of the <br />installed treatment devices for the Property, which was recorded against the Property on <br />August 30, 2007. x Doc., # aoo 7- i 34L) 71�y <br />E. The Parties desire to amend and restate the Former Agreement in its entirety in <br />order to comply with the current NPDES Permit Order. <br />F.
