(a) $58, 465. 00 to the appropriation for resources held in <br /> reserve of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> (b) $93, 860. 08 to the Port of Redwood City, to be used for <br /> general Port and public purposes as the Board of Port <br /> Commissioners shall determine in their discretion. <br /> The Council of Redwood City shall enact such legislation as may be <br /> necessary to effect the foregoing purposes, and shall abolish the <br /> Marina Revenue Fund. <br /> 4. In connection with the appropriation, transfer and disburse- <br /> ment described in paragraph 3 hereof, the Council of Redwood City <br /> and the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City <br /> hereby agree upon and establish the following policies: <br /> (a) In the event that any services, supplies or improvements <br /> are furnished or provided by the City of Redwood City, <br /> under the jurisdiction of the Council of Redwood City, <br /> to or for the benefit of the lands described in the <br /> aforementioned Ordinance No. 1730, and the Port of <br /> Redwood City Yacht Harbor facilities, provisions shall <br /> be made, except as may otherwise be provided, for the <br /> payment thereof by the Port of Redwood City at the fair <br /> value thereof. <br /> (b) From time to time, at intervals mutually convenient to <br /> the Council of Redwood City and the Board of Port <br /> Commissioners of said City, said Council and Board shall <br /> review the operation of the Port of Redwood City Yacht <br /> Harbor and such related commercial and/or recreational <br /> facilities as may be constructed and operated thereon <br /> under the jurisdiction and control of said Board, for <br /> the sole purpose of determining whether sufficient <br /> revenues have been generated by said operation reasonably <br /> to allow for the authorization of payment by said Board, <br /> and the acceptance thereof by said Council, of monies <br /> either compensatory for the benefits conferred upon the <br /> Port of Redwood City by the transfer of control and <br /> jurisdiction of the lands described in said Ordinance <br /> No. 1730, and the small craft harbor facilities located <br /> thereon or otherwise as a subvention of funds. Nothing <br /> herein stated shall be construed to limit or otherwise <br /> restrict the exclusive control, management and power of <br /> the Board of Port Commissioners over said lands and <br /> facilities pursuant to the Charter of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> 5. Concurrent Resolution Nos. 7929 and P-825 is hereby <br /> rescinded. <br />
