1. The Council of Redwood City and the Board of Port Commissioners <br /> of the Port of Redwood City hereby mutually acknowledge that the <br /> policies set forth in subparagraphs (a) - (e) , inclusive, of paragraph 1 <br /> of Concurrent Resolution No. 7020 and P-825 have been carried out, <br /> and the duties of the respective parties arising therefrom have <br /> been performed. <br /> 2. Pursuant to the provisions of subparagraphs (e) and (f) <br /> of paragraph 1 of Concurrent Resolution No. 7929 and P-825, the <br /> Council of Redwood City and the Board of Port Commissioners of said <br /> City have reviewed the operation of the small craft harbor and <br /> related facilities, for which the Marina Revenue Fund was established, <br /> and have determined, and do hereby determine that said Fund, estab- <br /> lished and maintained under the jurisdiction of the Council pursuant <br /> to Section 2. 38 of the Redwood City Code, is no longer necessary for, <br /> or convenient to, the maintenance and operation of said small craft <br /> harbor facilities in that said facilities are and have been (since <br /> the effective date of Ord. No. 1730, entitled, "Ordinance Trans- <br /> ferring and Conferring Control and Jurisdiction Over a Portion of <br /> Lands Within Port Area of the City of Redwood City (Municipal Marina) , " <br /> adopted November 28, 1977, by the Council of Redwood City) under the <br /> control and jurisdiction of the Board of Port Commissioners, and the <br /> revenues generated by the facilities are such that no funds need be, <br /> nor should be, retained in the aforementioned Marina Revenue Fund or <br /> expended therefrom for the purposes pertaining thereto. <br /> 3 . Further, pursuant to the provisions of subparagraphs (3) <br /> and (f) of paragraph 1 of Concurrent Resolution No. 7929 and P-825, <br /> the Council of Redwood City and the Board of Port Commissioners of <br /> the City of Redwood City mutually do hereby concur and agree that <br /> LLB --.....x _ 4_4- ,��- _ _ - <br />
