<br />Proposal: Topaz Pipeline Corrosion Control System Retrofit <br /> <br />Task 4 - Assistance During Construction <br /> <br />a) Reply to RFI's. <br /> <br />b) Submittal Review. <br /> <br />c) Observation of Final System Checkout. After the Contractor completes the work a system <br />checkout will be scheduled. The contractor shall test the system in the presence of a V &A <br />Engineer. The results of the field testing would be presented to the City. Any retesting <br />required, would be billed to the Contractor. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Project Management <br /> <br />Provide a description of how the consultant will manage this project. <br /> <br />a) Consultant Project Management <br /> <br />1. Prepare Project Management Plan which will include staffmg plan, detailed schedule <br />with milestones, budget allocation and reporting requirements. <br />2. Provide routine supervision and coordination of staff and coordination with the City, <br />schedule maintenance, and budget management. <br /> <br />b) Progress Meetings <br /> <br />1. Monthly Progress Meetings at City offices to review status of project. <br />2. Prepare Meeting Minutes within one week of meeting. <br />3. Kickoff Meeting and Management Meeting <br /> <br />c) Monthly Reports <br /> <br />1. Monthly Status Report with Invoice <br /> <br />d) Decision Log <br /> <br />1.
