P- 8 25 <br /> CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND TIE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY ESTABLISHING CERTAIN POLICIES RELATING <br /> TO THE TRANSFER OF CONTROL AND JURISDICTION OF THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL MARINA TO SAID BOARD OF PORT <br /> COMMISSIONERS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 47f(4) of the <br /> Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Council of Redwood City, <br /> upon request of the Board of Port Commissioners of said City, has, <br /> on November 21, 1977, introduced an ordinance (being Ordinance <br /> NJ L r5 w conferring control and jurisdiction upon the Board of <br /> Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City over certain City- <br /> owned lands within the Port area of the City of Redwood City (as <br /> said area is defined in the Charter of the City of Redwood City) , <br /> which lands comprise the area generally known as the Redwood City <br /> Municipal Marina; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with said transfer of jurisdiction, <br /> the Council of Redwood City and the Board of Port Commissioners of <br /> the City of Redwood City, in accordance with studies and recommenda- <br /> tions reviewed by said Council and Board, respectively, desire <br /> jointly to establish certain policies governing said transfer of <br /> control and jurisdiction, and for the guidance of the implementation <br /> thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT CONCURRENTLY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
